Most Fugu products are backed by a warranty. As it says in our Terms and Conditions, if you bought your bag on our website, you’re entitled to a warranty if your bag is defected in any way. If you bought your bag on a crowdfunding site, there is no warranty, though you can email us and we’ll do what we can to assist you and ensure you’re satisfied.

Since each airline varies in regards to their size regulations, it’s important that you check with the airline you fly most to ensure you don’t exceed the maximum size allowed. We designed our suitcases with knowledge of standard carry-on sizes in mind to ensure they’re accepted by most airlines.
If you’re purchasing Rollux, you can definitely choose your color. You will be given 3 different options at checkout. Influx on the other hand is only offered in one color as of now.
We recommend wiping your suitcase with a damp rag and avoiding harsh chemicals or sprays.
